We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. All orders are covered by a 30 day return policy. If you have any problems or concerns about your purchase, contact us to discuss it or simply follow the return procedures below.

posters

Posters must be shipped with your receipt to the address below and postmarked within 30 days of the original shipping date. If your order included a free poster, the free poster must be returned also. A refund will be issued after the product is received. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

images in electronic format

Electronic images are eligible for a refund within 30 days of purchase if you are not completely satisfied. You must complete a certificate confirming that you have not used the image and will not use the image in any way. Send the signed certificate to us using the address below.
